Wartime simplicity defines the M1903A3. The U.S. needed more rifles quickly in World War II, so Remington used stamped parts and a modern rear sight. The seller says the A3 was adopted in 1942 and saw service in various theaters.
This used example is a bolt action in .30-06 Springfield, with a 22.5 inch barrel, a four round capacity, and a black finish. The seller calls it a great hunting rifle.
A shorter barrel and an aperture sight make the A3 handier than the older 1903. Check the receiver markings, the bore, and the stock. For a hunter or a collector, it is a respectable piece.
The rifle is offered as described and as pictured. Delivery goes to the FFL dealer you name, and you finish the background check with that dealer before taking it home. Check local transfer and ownership rules in your state before you place the order. Ask us about fit, wear or what comes with it before you order. If a detail matters to your decision, send a question first and compare the answer with the photos.
