A shorter barrel and a detachable magazine give this Norinco SKS Sporter a different character from the military version. It is a semi-automatic rifle in 7.62x39mm with a 16.5-inch barrel, a 30-round capacity, and a black finish with a wood stock.

The seller explains that the Sporter variant is built to accept detachable magazines, including higher-capacity options such as 30-round magazines. That makes it handier and more versatile for modern sporting use than the standard fixed-magazine SKS. The gas-operated system is the same one used in the military model, known for rugged reliability and ease of care.

A compact barrel makes the rifle easy to carry, and the wood stock adds a traditional look. The seller calls it a practical and affordable platform, and it comes as is. The price reflects its use as a plinker or a truck rifle more than a collector piece.

Check local rules on magazine capacity before you buy extra magazines. When the rifle arrives, inspect the magazine release, the gas system, and the bore. Test the magazine fit and function with a few rounds. It is sold as described, in used condition. The rifle ships to your FFL dealer, where the background check is completed.
