Laser engraving on a walnut stock turns this Auto-Ordnance carbine into a tribute to Iwo Jima. The AOM130C4 is a new semi-automatic rifle in .30 Carbine with an 18-inch barrel and a 15-round magazine plus one in the chamber. The metal has a parkerized finish.

An 18-inch barrel gives you a little more velocity than the shorter 16-inch versions, along with a bit more sight radius. The design is the same M1 Carbine pattern that equipped American troops in the Second World War. Auto-Ordnance builds it today with modern manufacturing, so the rifle feels tight and clean out of the box.

The engraving on the stock is the feature that sets this one apart. Look at the product photos to see how it is laid out. Walnut wood has a warm look, and the engraving adds a personal touch for a collector or a veteran's family.

Range use is a pleasure. The .30 Carbine round is mild, the rifle is light, and the sights are simple. Break it in with standard loads and check the zero before heading to the field. The rifle ships to your local FFL dealer, where the background check is completed.
